CONSCIOUS

  • Short term memory

  • Will power - Ignored when emotions are high   

  • Regular talk therapy can reach this level only

There is no direct interaction between conscious and subconscious mind. The subconscious communicates with conscious indirectly through the body with feelings. So the feelings are the messages sent from subconscious to you.

SUBCONSCIOUS

  • Stored all past memories, believe systems and behavior patterns

  • Hypnotherapy works with this part of the mind directly

  • More powerful than the conscious mind
